  1. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders made after 3 pm would be shipped out the following day.

  2. Shipping Methods
    We offer various shipping options for your convenience, including:

    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

  3. Shipping Confirmation
    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

  4. Shipping Delays
    While we do our best to ship orders on time, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, etc.). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns for Magic: The Gathering cards within 30 days of purchase, as long as the cards are:

    • In the same condition as when they were received (unopened and undamaged)

    • Not part of a special order, pre-order, or limited edition item

    • Not marked as "final sale"

  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please contact us at [customer.support@cardmagicians.co.uk] with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.

  3. Refunds
    Once the returned cards are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us immediately at [customer.support@cardmagicians.co.uk]. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on your preference.

  5. Non-returnable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Sealed products (e.g., booster packs, boxes) if opened

    • Cards marked as "final sale" or discounted for clearance purposes
